Mr. Arun Seth is an Independent Director of our Company. He is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur and IIM Calcutta. He has worked in senior commercial positions in BT, HCL, Usha Martin and the UB Group, in the last 40 years.
He was a Managing Director of British Telecom since 1995 and retired as Non- executive Chairman of British Telecom in India in 2012. He was also on the Board of Airtel and Tech Mahindra, Jubilant Foodworks (Dominos) and Chair of Nasscom Foundation.
He took early retirement to focus on bringing the benefits of IT and Telecom to the real-world businesses i.e. energy, health, fintech and payments, hospitality, retail etc., and help create a vibrant entrepreneurial system.
Currently, he is also an independent Director on the board of various companies including listed company like Jubilant Pharmova Ltd and Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd . He is currently on the Board of The Nudge Foundation and HelpAge India – leading NGO’s
